Fluff!

Every girly girl needs a bit of fluff!  Tutu fluff that is!  I was inspired by this darling headband that Ev received from Auntie S.  It was so girly and fun, and just begged for a tutu to match.

Crafty Hint:  Use varying types and colors of tulle for more interest.
